Bethel United Methodist Women

Bethel has seven United Methodist Women (UMW) Circles who gather for Christian fellowship, growth and encouragement. Each circle meets at regularly scheduled times and chooses its own special project or mission emphasis for that year. See chart listed below.

The General Meetings are open to all women. They are held in the Fellowship Hall on the first Tuesday several times a year. The dates are listed in the UMW Hand Book and are published in the Bethel Newsletter. Following a time of refreshments and fellowship, the meeting is convened, a guest speaker or program is presented, and any business is conducted at the conclusion of the meeting.

To support UMW’s mission emphasis, fund raisers are held throughout the year. UMW’s most widely attended events are the annual “Betty’s Bake Sale” in November and the Children’s Consignment Sales in September and March. We prayerfully and financially support each other, our church, and our local and international missions. Come and be a part of us!
